A short term (3 Weeks) Kaushal Vikas Training Program (skill development) is being organized by Central , Eastern, Western, Northern Rail Station Workshop for the Youths Under ‘RAIL KAUSHAL VIKAS YOJNA’. Each Batch will have 30 Males/Females in this Training Program and this program is free of cost.

Eligibility –
1. Education Qualification: Matriculation (10th Standard pass) (Please note that the final marks calculating all the subjects should be entered (Not best of Five criteria).
2. Age: 18-35 Years (as on 31st August 2021).
3. Medical Fitness: Selected candidates called for document verification will have to submit Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered MBBS doctor, certifying that the candidate is fit to undergo training in industrial environment and is fit with respect to visual/hearing/mental condition and is not suffering from any communicable disease.
4. Mode of Selection – Selection is based on the Marks obtained in the matriculation. In case of CGPA in 10th standard, same shall be equated in numbers, by multiplying with 9.5, as prescribed by CBSE.
5. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be intimated on the mobile number/e-mail mentioned in their Application. At the time of document verification candidate require produce all the original educational qualification documents and also require submitting Self-attested photocopy of the same, such as 1.Proof of Age: Mark-sheet of Matriculation (if date of Birth DOB not mentioned on mark sheet then Certificate also) 2. Proof of Identity - Any one document out of Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License or Ration Card 3. Medical Fitness Certificate and 4. Affidavit (Format available on website or hard copy can be collected from SPO Parel Workshop) .
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS
Employment: Candidates having passed this training are eligible to get jobs or may start their own work. They shall have “ NO CLAIM” on Railways for employment.
Reservation : Not applicable . Attendance : 75% Compulsory, Pass Criteria : 55% in written and 60% in practical
Others: a. Trainee shall has to arrange for fooding, boarding, lodging, transportation on their own b. No any allowances are admissible to Trainee. c. Training is only in day time. d. All the rules of Training centre shall be followed by Trainees, Training centre shall make all efforts to train candidates with full safety, trainee shall himself be responsible for his/her health and safety and Railways shall not be responsible for any incident. Trainees are advised to follow all COVID protocols.
